Carmen Electra was born Tara Patrick on April 20th, 1972 in the small town of White Oak, Ohio. Tara grew up in the town of Cincinnati, Ohio. Tara is of Irish and Native American descent. She also had an affair with the pop star. Prince was the one who gave Tara Patrick the stage name Carmen Electra, which has stayed with the star to this day.
